Please roll out existing updates from all other parts of the system:

-Gender needs to support more than just Male/Female: pull the values from Core

-Current School does not have an 'Other' option/allow for text entry. This causes us to need to add an 'Other' to the 'organizations' list in Core

-'Address Line 4' is an option- there is not spot for an Address Line 4 on a user profile. Can this be removed?
