PLEASE make it easier to set the sort order of payment plans on the Contract. Currently, if a contract is not TM, the sort order adheres to alphabetical according to the 'as originally created' name.

For TM Contract Payment Plans, sort order seems (?) to adhere to 'order created' in batches: last added in a batch lists lowest, but each batch lists above the prior batch. (SUPER frustrating and hard to control)
