Currently, when schools use the "Accepted" system decision type, there is a checkbox in the decision type settings allowing schools to request that candidates who decline acceptance indicate their chosen school.

When we offer waitlist admission to a candidate, we give them the ability to accept/join the waitlist, or decline because they have chosen another school. We would like to be able to collect this information for candidates who choose to decline the waitlist, but this option is not available except on the Accepted decision type.
