When an application is manually uploaded, staff needs to be able to enter the application date and time manually as well. On lists that need to be sorted by application date (for example, waitlist priority order), any manually uploaded applications do not display an application date, and the only reasonable workaround is to add it in a comment and display that on the list. However, this causes issues with sorting the candidates. Allowing for manual entry would solve this problem.
