I would like to request that there be a specific role (not a cloned role) for "Prospects" and "Prospective Parents". The role would give users an admissions profile, but would not require a checklist (until they had become a candidate), and would also allow us to keep track of parents who had expressed an interest in our school and learning more about it, but weren't ready to move forward in the process. I am currently using a cloned role that I call "Open House Alert" and I add prospective parents to this role when they sign up online for an Open House. It allows me to keep these users in the system, but once the users become more interested, they end up having to complete an inquiry and move into the candidate role (and I am not able to track information via an admissions profile until they've become the candidate). I want a better way to be able to track the different touch points we have with a prospective family both before and after they are a true "inquiry"/"candidate".
