Currently, candidates are unable to utilize the Official Note feature UNLESS they are sent an official note from our staff. Please add the ability for a candidate to create a new message/official note, and only have access to predetermined (by staff) contacts.

Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if candidates had access to the contact information of their specific assigned staff member. We have a handful of staff members that all contact the same candidate(s), but it is most important that a candidate have contact information for their assigned staff member, even prior to the assigned staff member reaching out to them.
