Add automated reminders based on "start date" vs "due date" for rolling admissions.

Candidates are admitted on a rolling basis, so there is no hard deadline for all candidates/recommenders. We would like notifications to go out to them based on when an application was started or a recommendation request was sent.

    Yes, please!! Rolling admissions in general is very difficult to implement within BBEMS because it is so due date-centric. It results in a lot of manual updating and forcing square pegs into round holes. Anything that would be more accommodating to rolling admissions would be welcomed.
