Official Notes to only send to specific parents not all listed (Contract Signers)
We would like the ability to distinguish which parents we want to send an official note to, not just all parents. When sending the enrollment contract out to new parents we notify them via official note that their contract is ready to be signed. Often when students come from a divorced family only one parent is paying the tuition therefore we would like to send the enrollment email to just that financially responsible parent, not both of them.
This could also be useful when wanting to send official notes to the parents that have parental access or to the specific parent that the student resides with.

Hi Karla, the reminder notifications are listed out in the contract form settings enrollment>contracts>manage contract forms. We recently updated them and now allow them to be multi-select so you can have them going out at regular intervals.

Sarah, when I looked into the contract notifications but I only saw contract notifications for when a contract is submitted or processed.

Hi Karla, we can definitely look into this, another option would be to use the contract notifications to notify the responsible signer that they have a contract ready to be completed, this notification will only go to the parent who will be signing the contract.
