We utilize the "tests" in admissions management to record standardized test score submissions (ACT, SAT, and CLT). We also super score, and create a new entry per test score that we receive, to keep a digital record of each test that we receive. However, we continuously update an existing entry with the added test title of "Superscore", to understand what the students over-all super score is.

My idea is to add the ability for admissions/Enrollment Management to allow a "test score result" to be PUBLISHED. It would look something like a check box option on each test entry, and if checked, it would be visible to the candidate in their view of their Blackbaud account, possibly tied to the checklist step. The purpose of this would be clear communication with a candidate, outside of official notes or other communication that could potentially be lost, so that a candidate can immediately view the highest standardized test score that we have on record, in the event that we have not received results that they have attempted to send/submit.
