There needs to be a better filter for Manage Checklists in Enrollment

With over 1500 students needing checklists, I can easily assign them for new students, but there is not an adequate filter for current, re-enrolled students. I don't have the option to exclude "not returning" or "hold" students. It is very tedious going through to ensure only the applicable students get assigned a checklist! Also, there needs to be an "Entering Grade" column. That would solve a lot! Thanks!

    Hi Candi, if you let support know about the filter not being accurate we can get it fixed. We'll work on getting the other filters you spoke about added.

    I need it to be the next grade for the student. Enrollment Management is VERY inconsistent. I can create a contract list with Entering Grade (i.e. next year's grade), but I cannot pull the same information in the checklist management for our current students who re-enrolled.

    Hi Candi, there is a new/returning filter on the manage checklists that would filter out only "returning" students. We can definitely include a filter for "not returning" and "hold".

    For entering grade are you looking for candidate entering grade, or the next grade of the student (or both)?
