Currently, users don't get the yellow "profile notice" on a record in enrollment management, although they can see the profile notice on the contact card. However, the yellow "profile notice" displays in both Academics & Core. Please display the yellow "profile notice" to EM.

Since you can't use official notes for non-candidates, the profile notice is an area to note re-enrollment holds, etc, for students who do not have a contract on their record.
