In Decisions in onBoard, I want to request that a new placeholder be created that allows me to pull the Financial Aid Award Amount given to the candidate. Right now that is not a placeholder, and these look to be hard-coded into the system. I would also like the ability to paste in my own decision letter to make the letter more personal rather than using the templates that automatically send when a decision is made. Right now it appears that the system only pulls from what is filled in here and I am unable to send a personalized message unless I come in here before each one is sent and change the generic one. If there was a way I could send a more personalized message without rewriting this Decision setting every time that would be great.
