Please consider adding functionality for staff to correct user information directly from the inquiry wizard prior to processing an inquiry. For obvious typos (an email address at "gmial.com" or "yahpp.com", for example), it would be much more streamlined to be able to do it this way than the current method, which requires processing the inquiry with the incorrect information, then going into Core, looking up the user and changing it there.
You are now able to edit name and email fields when processing inquiries, applications and event registrations. We'll keep an eye on the idea bank for any additional fields that may be helpful for you to edit in the future!
