Make it so you can still pull reports for an admission year, but not open the year for application.

We want to run a report on the upcoming school year's applicants. We have, however, closed this upcoming year to applications as we are not accepting any more applications for this upcoming year. However, we can no longer select this year for reporting. Please make the choice in Core separate, one choice for allowing inquiries for the year, and one to allow for admssions reporting.

    Hi Amber -

    In your "Login Setup" settings you can un-check entering years. This will prevent the family for creating an application for a certain year.

    Enrollment Management > Admissions setup > Application forms > Login Setup
