A way to restrict access to the application

With the new BBID system, we are finding that we are getting an increase in applicants who we have not yet met with. This is not ideal as we previously were able to screen folks prior to them submitting an application and we worry that this will begin to skew our numbers

    Hello! You can change that setting in your inquiry settings and which in turn will allow you to invite users to the process when you're ready instead of automatically.

    Sarah - before, I could process an inquiry and they didn't have access to the checklist until I gave them instructions on how to log in, reset their password etc. Now, with the new process, it sends them an email to finish creating their account and so they have access immediately.

    Hello! Can you tell me more about how they're coming in and the impact BBID is having? BBID shouldn't have changed your process.
