We would like to have these columns added to our attendees list for the new event registration forms. We have some events that we only want parents to attend, but we would like to be able to more easily see who their child is and what grade they are interested in. Currently this information does not pull into the list - Entering Grade only shows up for candidates. The "Group Attending" column is nice, but it's hard to parse out who exactly the candidate is - especially in households where the parents have two different last names.
We added a new list for Events called Form submissions. It will contain all the info from your registration forms, including the candidate's entering year and graded, so you'll be able to use that list to determine how many families are coming for each grade.
