The chat is very structured and slow is hard to make yourself to understand what's is happening when you cannot share pictures of the errors you are presenting. You need to ask everytime to the represetative to allow you send a file in the chat. This is a very slow process for something so simple as sharing a picture or screenshot nowadays.
