When you "handle" a payment like an enrollment deposit, the process is opening up the payment record and selecting "handle." Which would be fine if enrollment contracts were submitted one at a time, but the bulk of them are submitted all at once. There needs to be a more efficient process in place to handle multiple deposits at once. The system set up as it is now, they just don't get handled because the process is too time consuming.
