Add "scheduled" as an option for checklist steps

We have ISEE / CAIS / Wechsler testing that is required for applicants. The parents can submit the testing but in the process it would be nice if we could mark the step as "Scheduled" if we know the testing date and that the student is registered for the test.

    A checklist step that is actually tied to signing up for an event that shows it has been scheduled and for when is ideal. The parent can see it on their checklist and admissions can see it on their end...then once they attend, you can mark it as complete.
