We offer sibling discount of enrollment fee to incoming students and tuition discount to families who pay the full tuition amount in a single payment at enrollment time. The fee and discount amounts are recorded in different GL accounts. We would like to have separate entries, eg. Tuition $10000 as a charge, Discount $100 as a credit.
It would be great to have a setup on the contract like if single payment plan is chosen, then tuition discount is applied; or if the student has a sibling on record, then sibling discount is applied. Then the contract will show the correct amounts based on parents' selection.
I have a ridiculous number of contracts created because there isn't simple conditional logic built into the system, this is unacceptable. In our old system we had ONE contract that worked for EVERYONE in our school because we were able to use conditional logic when building it. Please consider adding this into ALL forms in BB.
