It had been mentioned by a previous Blackbaud employee in mid-2022 that an update was in the works to place a generate contracts button directly on a the contracts tab in a student's EMS profile when assigning a contract there rather than through the Assign Contract Types wizard in Manage Contract Forms. This would prevent the current two step process from needing to take place when a single contract is being assigned and generated, which is extremely cumbersome for just one contract.

It appears that this is no longer on the drawing board, and it would be very helpful if it was brought back.
