Expanding editing window for Official Notes

Currently the editing window for creating an Official Note in Enrollment Management is tiny - if it could be expanded that would be so helpful for end users.

    Too many of your editing windows throughout the system are ridiculously tiny, WHY??? Give me the option to expand as needed, I need to see what I am entering!
