When I go to Contracts List and click on "Columns" to choose which columns I want visible, I can type in what field I am looking for to search the columns.

This is similar in every list in the system (user list, candidate list, request/recommendation list, etc.).

Now the difference is I have to hit "enter" for the list of fields to filter - but only on the Contracts List.

Please make this like every other list in the system where you only have to type in the search box to filter the list, and not have to hit "enter".
