Any update on this? As I'm heading into a new season, I would love to see more features in mail merge.

Please improve the mail merge functionality! I spend hours simply trying to format something I've copied from Word. I can have something looking right in the edit window and then preview it and it's completely different. Frustrating to say the least that it doesn't even look like what I made when I preview it.

It's hard to believe there are NO formatting options available.  Very disappointing!

PLEASE! Merging directly from OnBoard with formatting options would greatly cut down on error and duplication of effort.  We just rebranded and need to stick to our business rules for formatting, font, etc.!

Agreed. I have exports from EE I'm trying to recreate for On Mail Merge, and it just doesn't work. I would love to see a much more advanced HTML editor with page formats and Letter page WYSIWIG editing preview, as well as a more robust set of text formatting options. I'm going to be exporting a spreadsheet to merge into Word at the moment which (a) is a pain, (b) doesn't keep a record of the letter and (c) is not conducive to having a reusable template.

The continued work-arounds that we have to do to prepare professional-looking mail-merged letters is extremely frustrating. We really need the ability to merge editable Word documents.
