This question isn't useful if we can't collect answers for the kinds of evaluations we need. This isn't the time encountering this problem - Blackbaud has a question with options, which one assumes means there are choices, but it turns out to be hard-coded. Very frustrating, seems like a half-finished feature. Please update this!
Came to the idea bank today specifically to find this idea or create it. In updating our admissions application, one of the 'blocks' that can be added is 'Ed. Support' block which permits parents to provide information about educational plans, 504s, IEPs, etc. One of the pre-configured items in this block is "what type of evaluation?" and the choices available are hard-keyed as 1) Educational, 2) Learning style, and/or 3) Speech. Our school needs to add medical, developmental, behavioral, psychological, etc., and there is no option to do so. The Checkbox list elsewhere in admissions blocks is editable, but for some reason, the checklist block here is greyed out. Customer support has confirmed that it cannot be changed.

Is this going to be looked at? We have to use a custom candidate field as a workaround, which among other things makes lists less user-friendly.
