Automated Checklist notifications/emails
We would like the ability for Notification Emails to automatically go out to to remind families that Checklist Items are still due. Perhaps set to go out X amount of days AFTER the most recent checklist item was completed OR X amount of days before a particular item was due.
The idea is to remind the families so the school wouldn't have to manage each and every family and send the remind themselves.
We would like the ability to set up notification emails to get set to parents when checklist items are still due. Example, parent would receive an email every 7 days after item is due.
Agree that when multiple staff are involved in completed different checklist steps, it would be nice that the next staff member in the workflow could be automatically be notified when the previous item is completed.
In addition to the rest of the comments the ability to set reminders and due dates based on x number of days past the last milestone completion. We work on a rolling admissions timeline and it is impossible to set realistic or functional due dates in bulk without this feature.
Yes, I just spoke to Blackbaud support about these checklist reminders, and right now, they're just for staff and appear on our Dashboard. We definitely want the reminders to get emailed to our families who are applying.
It would be helpful to be able to set some families for automated reminders and others not. Plus to be able to turn it on and off for a particular family during the process. Flexibility is key!
We would like the ability to send internal notifications when checklist items are completed. When a support staff updates the checklist, it would notify the director to follow-up with the family.
