Ability to manually enter/update the Family ID in the contract under Enrollment Management

When a family pays their deposit by cash or check, the enrollment contract must be manually accepted, so the Family ID is not reflected in the contract even after the family's profile is created in Tuition Management. Since that is the case, there should be an option to manually update the contract with the Family ID once a profile is created in Tuition Management.
