With the new event management forms, if you have the form only set to only allow candidates to register, the confirmation email sent to the parents will not display the [registration_option_list] placeholder as the parents are not registered for the event or event options.
As a workaround, you can ask for both the candidate's & parent's email on the form. So that the registration options will at least show up on the candidate confirmation email, but the parent email has missing information, which looks like a mess up on the school's part.
Can another placeholder be added to display the options to BOTH the parents and the candidates confirmation if only candidates as registered?
This is VERY important as lots of schools have admissions events that ONLY kids attend. we dont need the count of parents we need to know how many children to prepare for, but the parent needs to have something in the confirmation letting them know what date and time they chose! they dont get anything else letting them know this so it is very important for attendance.
This is SO important! We can't just have the candidate sign up because the parent confirmation email time slot is then blank, but if we allow the parents to sign up, then they could take up too many slots!
