Adding Additional SSO Roles

Good afternoon, as our client base grows for schools who are using the SSO Tile to connect from Enrollment Management to Tuition Management, so does the list of potential payers who are past due. The issue we are starting to struggle with is when the payers are no longer have students at the school, but still have balances that are owed. For schools who continue to allow access to the my school app pages for Past Parents, we are seeing the SSO tile no longer works. The work around for these parents, who have never know how to log into Tuition Management is extremely clunky, and could deter folks from paying off their accounts. With that as a background i would like to request an enhancement to add in CORE- Settings-Blackbaud Connections- Tuition Management Setup - 2 new roles under SSO. Parents of Past Students, and Alumni . THank you

Now that you can publish Resource Board posts to Parents of Past Students as of the July 16, 2024, will this be an expanded role for the SSO? Allowing them to SSO into BBTM to make payments for remaining billing?

We really need this to be escalated. We are having issues with parents accessing their accounts, and they are having to pay by phone!

The idea of using TM is to make it easy for families to pay tuition and fees. If we make is difficult for Past Parents and Alumni Parents to finish paying the TM account easily this makes it much harder and longer for schools to collect. Let's not drag this out!!!

Hard to believe this hasn't been corrected yet. This is a huge problem! Fix IT!

This is necessary to clean up year end outstanding billing amounts once a student graduates or leaves the school at the end of the term. Kind of surprised this doesn't already exist.
