Currently, on the Inquiry forms, the Languages at Home maps to the Languages At Home field under Candidate Information in EMS in the Record tab.

However, the information from the Application Form maps to the Citizenship/Resident on the Contact Card.

Can you please update the Inquiry Form so it maps to the Citizenship/Resident area like the Application Form?
