More Checklist Milestone statuses change options

Currently the checklist milestone statuses can only change in certain instances, for example when the previous items are completed it moves to the next status, even before beginning any of the items for that milestone. We would like an option for to only allow it to change to the new status once an item in that milestone has been completed.

    Would LOVE for this to happen. If a family completes an Application and doesn't complete and Inquiry we have to manually go in and check off Inquiry. If we miss doing this and everything else is complete the file doesn't change to File Complete until the inquiry is checked off.
