copy yourself on official notices as the author of the notice

Currently, we cannot see what our candidates are receiving in official notices. We cannot then ascertain if the technology is working as intended. We struggled with this for the better part of the last week trying to figure out data fields, etc. Would love to be able to receive a copy in our inboxes of every official note we send to our candidates for admission and their families.

    We address this a few ways. There's the "preview" function in the notes themselves, and if there is an issue of knowing whether something went out, there's Notifications under Communications. We also have our team as a Monitor group, and each Note Type is set to send an e-mail to Admissions Staff as well.
