Allow photos submissions to automatically update to student's profile from the Dashboard.

It's ridiculous to have to download every single photo, go to core and upload the photos when they should automatically update to the student's profile picture when processed from the dashboard. Please!

    If you add the "Applicant Photo" field to your Application Form this will get added automatically to the students avatar.
