Our institution holds school programs for gifted students to enroll. The process includes a nomination process in which the external school counselor or head of school nominates one or more (up to 5) students per school. The student then applies for the program and a committee reviews their application for admission. Currently, we use Qualtrics for the nomination form and then manually send details to candidates to apply.

The nomination form would be a pre-application item that could create a record in EMS and auto-send the candidate details of how to setup BBID and begin the application process with a pre-assigned checklist (if set up by school).

A similar feature in Academics would be useful for teachers or internal school staff to nominate a student for school organizations like Honors Club, etc.
