Custom Candidate Fields Defined Values - Reorder / Activate & Inactivate

Please allow custom candidate field defined values to be re-ordered via drag and drop, as well as the option to be marked as inactive or private so students/admins can not select the values. The ask is to give them the same functionality as table values.

    I am not sure why this in not already a feature. Degree options change over time and the ability to change our application forms and offerings is essential. As it stands now, removing an option will delete a record for a previous student. We do not want to lose records when changing forms. It should be archived or listed as not in use instead so we can maintain our records.
