The Candidate Progress chart that was rolled out today is very helpful but please offer the ability to either filter by active/inactive (and save the preference) or simply code the chart to only display active candidates. By definition, inactive candidates do not need to be on the radar.
This is a great snapshot, but we need to be able to add different status filters
I would like the order of the statuses listed match the order I've laid out under Admissions Set Up > Checklists > Statuses. The graph makes less sense for us with it being out of order.
Should add visits to it. We report on them and it would help. Also, it would be nice if it was a fly-out list instead of taking me to a separate one.
I find this chart to be frustrating because it is not a true funnel chart. It doesn't match my bi-weekly reporting since Blackbaud isn't following standard practice on how to track inquiries, applicants, etc. Based on other comments, it seems schools like the idea of the funnel, but you need to give us access to the lists used to show the data on the homepage. For my team, it's not useful data to be taking up space on the homepage.
The candidate status description series needs to be re-order in logical sequency of the admissions process flow - as below:
Inquiry
Active
Review
Invited
Decision
Outcome
Accepted
Hi all! Just jumping into to let you know we did move the graph so it's below the Schedule tile now. As for filtering by school level, we don't have that on the new graph, but if you hop over to the Admissions overview dashboard, you can filter the funnel by grade level or school level. You can get to that dashboard by going to Analysis in the persona dropdown, or by clicking on the link to Dashboards in the Resources tile on the homepage in EMS.
Thank you for the feedback!

We would also like to be able to filter (or group/break out) by school level.
I agree. I wish we had more control on the home screen of enrollment mgmt. before they decided to add the candidate progress button. We want to able to move it down and see the schedule first.
We would also like to be able to filter or sort by school level so that each school level's information shows up together.
Please add flexibility to remove the Candidate Progress Chart and restore the previous view. This information is helpful when needed, but all statuses are currently not accurate in our case. The chart needs filtering options with the ability to hide/show preferred statuses.
