The current problem is that if a school has multiple application forms for the same grade levels and the application type is added to a checklist step, then a dropdown menu of forms appears for the student/parent to select from and complete if an application form from the assigned checklist.

It would benefit schools to give them the option to choose whether or not to show a dropdown menu of active applications OR allow schools to select one application to show the families per checklist step. This would be similar to how the School Forms work for Checklist steps - select the Form type then the actual form.
