The inability to format that text makes us look unprofessional. We would like to add information on the landing page to explain what the form is that they are going to be filling out. The alignment is an issue and we would like to be able to add text breaks and make text bold or underlined. The ability to add links or an image would also be an enhancement. Without those items, that page seems unnecessary.
