I think that it would be nice to have a place within the candidate checklist in Enrollment Management where we could request and store interview notes that are put in by the interviewer.

We have school principals and other members of school administration review candidates and currently these notes are taken on paper. It would be nice if we could customize a digital form that we could insert as a requested file as part of the candidate checklist. The interviewer could fill out this form and send it back and it could be stuck in with the candidates digital record. Then it could be referred to by admissions or other members that have access.
