Make all inputed data from parents available to export
Schools pay money for this software to manage data inputed from parents. However, when schools try to export this data, we realize that some data is not available to us to export. When we contact support, they say this "field does not exist" despite seeing it on their actual application. An example is parent's "Relationship with applicant." The field is not available for us to export but yet we know it exist, we know parents are inputting this data.

As a relatively new user, I am extremely discouraged by the inability to export all fields on a candidate's application to an Excel file. It is ludicrous in this day and age to have to download each individual candidates application as a PDF and then manually one by one copy and paste the data into our Excel spreadsheet. For example: We have a Parent Statement section on our application where the Blackbaud fields are Question 1, Question 2, etc and we can customize the question that the parents see when filling out the application. Q1 asks if there are any hobbies that the candidate has and Q2 asks about awards they have received. We are going to use this information to have current students write a personal introductory letter to each of our candidates. No matter what I try, I cannot find Questions 1 - 10 in the List Columns, Data Diagram, Data Dictionary or Advanced List Builder
