When copying a contract, the majority of the work is updating all the references to specific dates related to various parts of the enrollment/re-enrollment process. We need a way to list these custom variables in the contract setup so that each year we can just fill in these in the contract settings and not need to comb through the contract each year (and fiddle with HTML to get the formatting right). If you wanted to get fancy, give us a few dropdowns we could choose from for common dates that are already in the settings and/or in the year setup (current academic year, etc).
