Candidate profile > Events tile > Add new

As an Admissions Manager I would like the option to register a candidate and their parents directly from the candidate profile via the events tile.

When I click on "Add New" I would expect to be able to select an Event Management Form event and Registration Option. I would like a similar workflow to how it works when you add an Interview or Visit that has openings set up in the system.
