The Comment Manager role is the only role that allows users to view the Official Notes page on the student academic dashboard. When this role is cloned to provide this task for specific users, full approval and view access for all note types is also automatically provided, regardless of which tasks are enabled on the cloned role. Please push an enhancement that removes these automatic permissions so that a cloned role can allow users view access only to the Official Notes page on the student Academic Dashboard.

Currently, Monitoring Team members can only access Official notes through the Faculty student profile or the Official Notes header on the Academics page. Certain users (like academic services team members) should be able to have a 360 view of the student academic dashboard (including official notes) without also gaining approval access to all.
