In an upcoming monthly release, we're going to be updating the Application Process center to automatically update the candidate record when Financial Aid is marked Yes on the application, rather than having the admin processing the application manually review the anomaly.
That way any reports generated on the FA requested information should be inclusive of information from the application, unless an admin changes a candidate's record.

The update will only mark the FA requested box on the Candidate Record - General Information.
Does this mean that the software will create a financial aid record in the FA tab for the current year. Will it populate the "date requested" field which is used by the Financial Aid Detail report? I find it very confusing that there is a "requested date" in the FA record and a separate report Financial Aid Information Requests which I think run off the field you are referring to. Would love MORE detail information on this update.
