Update attendee status

Enrollment Management> Events>Updating attendee status. When you select 'canceled' or 'did not attend' > the step is marked complete in the candidate file. When in fact the step has not been completed - because the required event was not attended. The candidate checklist step should only be marked as complete when choosing attended.
