Allow bulk import for Special Contract / Special Consideration Text

The option already exists in Core for bulk updating the special comment text, but not the actual special consideration text that parents see. We often use this text for groups of students needing the same messaging.

Please add this column to the ReEnrollment > Contract Update data import.

    Hi Daniel - On the ReEnrollment > Contract Update data import Column L "special_comment" does import to the Special Contract Text field which is Special Considerations Block on the contract.
