We have multiple families who are on full financial aid. So having to choose a payment plan and payment method is not applicable for them. By right, we should have the option not to include a payment plan in the contract type if it is not applicable.

Since that is not an option, we would like to allow the families to choose a Payment Method of Not Applicable.

User Experience is important, and it would be nice if the system could be more flexible to accommodate different use cases.
