We have multiple members of a family sign up for events and later they inform us that one member cannot attend. Since our events usually have a max attendance, we typically remove the non-attending attendee so that a space will open up for another person to attend.
However, removing one person from an event removes the entire party. This requires the person(s) who still plan to attend to re-register, or staff to impersonate them and do it for them.
Support has confirmed that this is expected behavior. Please change this so that a single attendee can be removed without affecting the other members of the party who may still be attending.
