Contracts default send out at midnight- have a time option Merged

Forms and contracts are sent out on the date set at midnight. Anyway to be able to put a time on the date? Some people have commented on the time but better, our acceptance is sent out at midnight and we would like to be able to control that time.

    We send day student contracts at 4pm on one day, and send the boarding contracts at midnight on a different day. We would like to be able to sent the time on each template.
