Right now, when filling out an application/inquiry form the person can only choose a single source of the referral. It would be great if they could choose multiple such as: Facebook, Instagram, Radio AD, etc. vs. being forced to choose only a single option. Changing the option to a checkbox vs. a dropdown would solve this.
